1. Introduction

3.3. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Users may place orders through the App for delivery from Restaurant Partners.

4.2. Users agree to pay for all orders placed through the App, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and gratuities.

4.3. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processors.

5. Delivery

5.1. The Company facilitates the delivery of orders from Restaurant Partners to Users. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as distance, traffic, and restaurant preparation times.

5.2. The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic accidents, or restaurant preparation times.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without the prior written consent of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
